1. About Us
2. Services and Courses
2.1 Services
We provide hair and beauty services, including (but not limited to) hair styling, colouring, treatments, brows, lashes, skincare, etc.
All services are subject to availability and may vary depending on consultation outcomes and hair/skin condition.
2.2 Courses and Training
We may also provide training courses and educational services ("Courses"), which may include practical and/or theory-based sessions in hair and beauty-related topics.
Course details (including content, dates, duration, entry requirements, what is included, and pricing) will be provided at the time of enquiry/booking and may vary by course.
3. Bookings (Appointments & Courses)
- Bookings can be made via phone / email / booking link / in person.
- Your appointment or course place is confirmed once we have acknowledged your booking.
- Please ensure your contact details are accurate so we can confirm or update your booking.
4. Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows (Appointments)
We understand plans can change. Our policy is:
- Cancellations/rescheduling: Please give at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or change your appointment.
- Late cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may be charged a reasonable fee to cover time reserved for your appointment.
- No-shows: If you do not attend your appointment without notice, we may charge a reasonable fee and may require prepayment for future bookings.
- Running late: If you arrive late, we may need to shorten your service to avoid delaying other clients. If we cannot complete the service, we may need to reschedule and treat it as a late cancellation.
5. Prices & Payments
Prices are shown on our website/social pages or confirmed during booking. Final pricing may vary depending on consultation, hair/skin condition, length/thickness, product usage, and time required — any significant changes will be agreed with you before we proceed. Payment is due at the end of your appointment unless agreed otherwise.
6. Courses (Attendance, Changes, and Cancellations)
6.1 Attendance and Conduct
- You must arrive on time and participate in a safe, respectful manner.
- For practical training, you must follow tutor instructions and all health and safety guidance.
- We may refuse entry or remove a participant for unsafe or disruptive behaviour.
6.2 Course Changes
We may need to make reasonable changes to course content, tutors, location, schedule, or materials (for example due to illness, minimum attendance, or operational reasons). Where possible, we will notify you in advance.
6.3 Course Cancellations by You
- If you need to cancel or reschedule a course booking, please contact us as soon as possible.
- Where a course fee has been paid, refunds/reschedules (if any) will depend on the course type and how close to the start date you cancel. Any refund or credit offered will be reasonable and in line with applicable consumer laws.
6.4 Course Cancellations by Us
If we cancel a course session (for example due to tutor illness or low attendance), we will offer you either:
- an alternative date, or
- a refund for the cancelled session/course fee paid (where applicable).
6.5 Results and Certification (if applicable)
Where a course includes a certificate of attendance/completion, it may be issued subject to attendance and meeting the course requirements. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, employment, or earnings.

To ensure the best results and for safety:
- You must disclose relevant information such as allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, pregnancy, medications, and recent hair/skin treatments.
